EC TC head: EC-TC Ti head (0.5ohm), EC-TC Ni head (0.15ohm).
The EC-TC Ni head can be only used under TC-Ni mode. The EC-TC Ti head can be only used under T

2. Which atomizer can be compatible with EC series heads? A: The EC series heads can be compatible with Melo series atomizers(Melo, Melo2, Melo III and Melo III Mini) and iJust 2/iJust 2 Mini Atomizer.

3.Why there is a burnt taste after several puffs? A: Please make sure you have soaked atomizer heads adequately.
You can drip a few drops of e-jucie into the atomizer head directly before first use.
And if the VG content is too high, it will easily bring burnt taste, so the e-juice should not be too
sticky.
4.What’s the guage of the coils of the ECR and EC series heads? A:The coil of ECR and EC series heads is of 26 guage with a diameter 0.4mm.
5.What’s the material of the pre-made coil in ECR head?
A: It is the Kanthal.
6.What items are included in the GS Air series heads? A:GS Air series: GS Air pure cotton 0.75ohm head (8-25W), GS Air pure cotton 1.2ohm head (8-30W), GS Air TC head (Ni, 0.15ohm), GS Air head (1.5ohm,8-20W).
7.Which atomizers can be compatible with GS Air series heads? A:GS Air series heads can be compatible with GS series atomizers (GS Air atomizer, GS-Tank atomizer, GS Air 2 Atomizer) and iJust start/iJust start plus atomizer.
8. Why there is a burnt taste when I use the GS Air series heads? A:Please make sure you have soaked atomizer heads adequately.
You can drip a few drops of e-jucie into the atomizer head directly before first use.
And if the VG content is too high, it will easily bring burnt taste, so the e-juice should not be too sticky.

9. What could we do if the atomizer leaks from the mouthpiece or atomizer base? A: If the liquid is leaking from mouthpiece, firstly, please make sure the e-liquid was not filled into the air pipe. Secondly, please check if the sealing O-rings on the atomizer tube and atomizer head are both intact and in good condition.
If the liquid is leaking from the atomizer base, please check if the sealing o-rings on the atomizer base is intact and in good condition and make sure the liquid level is between 10%-90%. Also you must make sure all parts of the atomizer are assembled tightly.

10. What are the guages and materials of the coils adopted in Lemo/Lemo2/Lemo Drop? A: The guage of coil of Lemo/Lemo drop is 26, and both coils are made of Kanthal.
The Lemo 2 comes with two different coils: Kanthal coil and Nickel 200 coil. The guage of kanthal coil is 24 and the Nickel 200 coil is 26

Battery/MOD

1. Which kind of battery can I use in iStick TC60W, iStick TC100W, iStick Pico and iStick TC200W? A:The Sony VTC4 or some other standard flat top 18650 batteries whose continuous discharge current is above 25A are recommended.
2. How to Shift between ℃ and ℉ when we use iStick TC series products? A:If you increase the temperature to 315 ℃, and continue to press the up button, the temperature reading will automatically change to the lowest Fahrenheit (200℉). Equally, if the temperature is set at the lowest Fahrenheit (200℉) and you continue to press the down button, the temperature reading will automatically change to the highest Celsius (315 ℃).
3. Can my iStick TC40W and iStick TC60W be upgraded? A: The iStick TC40W and iStick TC60W can’t be upgraded.
The iStick TC100W, iStick Pico and iStick TC200W are upgradeable.

4. When I use TC mode, why the device switch to VW mode? A:Please check the atomizer head you use.
If you use Kanthal coil under TC mode, the device will jump to VW mode.
When using TC mode, please use Ni 200/ Ti/SS and other Temp control coils in the atomizer.

5. When I use TC mode, why the device will display ‘temperature protection’ all the time? A:Firstly, please be sure the atomizer head is installed when it is at the room temperature.
Secondly, please adjust the setting to have a try. The recommended temperature for Ni head is from 500-550℉, for Ti head is from 450-500℉.
At last, you can change the atomizer head to try it.

6. Why does the device(iStick TC60W, iStick TC100W, iStick Pico and iStick TC200W ) display “low battery” when the battery cell is fully charged? A: Please check the type of the battery you use, and be sure continuous discharge current of the cell is higher than 25A.
7. Can we charge the battery inside the device(iStick TC60W, iStick TC100W, iStick Pico and iStick TC200W)? A: It is recommended to charge the 18650 cells with a separate battery charger as it will take less time to give them a full charge.
The 18650 cells can also be charged inside the device through USB port via 1A wall adapter or a computer.

8. How to upgrade the new firmware for iStick TC100W: A: Check the video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdf2pwqiw9k(Mac)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rvtc55XyO40 (Windows version)

9. Why my iStick TC100W can’t be upgraded? A: Please first change another computer and USB cable to have a try.
Please take out batteries from the device, press down the up button without looseness and at the same time connect device with PC via USB cable to have a try again.

10. My iStick TC100W has no response after upgraded. A: Please take the battery cell and atomizer from you device first and them do upgrade process.
If this way still doesn’t work, please try:
1, connect the USB Cable with your PC first and open the upgrade program
2, keep pressing the “+” button of your iStick TC100W, then plug the USB port
3, Update

11. Why my iStickTC100w can’t reach 100W or 120W after upgraded? A:The actual output of the iStick TC100W is restricted by three theoretic parameters: maximum current 25A, maximum voltage 10V, maimum power 100W(120W after updating the software).
According to these formulas: P=U2/R (P:power, U:voltage, R:resistance)
P=I2*R
When the resistance is 0.15ohm, it will be restricted by maximum current 25A.
The actual maximum power: P=I2*R=25*25*0.15=93.75W
When the resistance is equal or greater than 0.19ohm, it can reach to 120w.
When the resistance is less than or equal to 0.19ohm, it can’t reach to 120w.

12. What can be done if your iStick Power won’t power on after upgraded? A:Plug the device in to a computer; keep holding the “+” button and at the same time press the reset button once; finally loosen the “+” button after the Update software on computer can recognize the device.
